Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and codeplus.studio for the use of Pocketa. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Pocketa helps you plan your salary, expenses, debts and savings. Nova, the built-in assistant, gives general money guidance based on the information you enter.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password private: you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at privacy@codeplus.studio if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Not financial advice
Pocketa and Nova provide information and estimates, not regulated financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Figures depend on what you enter and may be incomplete. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.
4. Your information
You own the information you enter. You allow us to store and process it to run Pocketa and, as described in our Privacy Policy, to improve it. Sharing with partners only happens if you separately agree to it, and you can withdraw that at any time.
5. Nova and your Groq key
Nova uses a Groq API key that you provide. Your use of Groq is also subject to Groq’s own terms and any costs they charge. We store your key encrypted and use it only to answer your requests.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Pocketa: no attempts to access other accounts, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer security measures, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Availability
We work to keep Pocketa available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on Pocketa or Nova. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Pocketa at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@codeplus.studio. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes and law
If we change these terms in an important way, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without affecting mandatory rights you have where you live.
